Prior to dispatch, our manufactured components undergo the following QA tests:-100% Visual Inspection-Dimensional Inspection as per the Quality Plan-Magnetic Properties (Hysteresis curve) by Perma graph from Magnet Physics Germany- Particle size analyzer from HORIBA Japan; Flux out Put From Individual Magnet on flux comparator; Chemical Testing etc.

Several quality inspection steps, as well as stage-by-stage ownership of product quality responsibility, are applied throughout the development and manufacturing processes. Delta Manufacturing Ltd. Quality Assurance System has been certified according to IATF 16949:2016 by DNV.
